Yoga for Cyclists- Tuesday March 20th at 5 PM: Long hours in the saddle can easily lead to muscular tightness. Consider a yoga practice that incorportates flexibility, core strength, and balance. Learn the why and how of a yoga practice designed to make you less injury prone, while boosting your flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat (or beach towel) and wear comfortable clothing.
