Club goals are to help members get more out of their training and racing and have more fun in the process. HEAT, with over 100 members, offers weekly training swims, bike rides and runs throughout the year. Central Connecticut Bicycle Alliance - CCBA Promoting bicycling & human powered transportation as environmentally friendly, healthy, and economical forms of transportation and recreation. Working to improve the bicycling environment and the quality of life in the Central Connecticut Region.  Educating motor vehicle operators & bicyclists about their respective rights and responsibilities.
