Return Policy

New Bicycles: Return or Exchange of bicycle will be handled on a case by case basis for the first 30 days. To be considered for a return or exchange, the bicycle must be in brand new, never ridden condition. The bicycle must have all of the original tags and stickers, both Central Wheel branded and Manufacturer branded. The bicycle must have all of the provided accessories, charging cables, reflectors, manuals, ect. All discounted bicycles and bicycles on sale, sales are final.

Used Bicycles: Return or Exchange of bicycle will be handled on a case by case basis for the first 30 days.

Parts and Accessories: Return or Exchange of parts and accessories is 30 Days. To be considered for Return, the item must be in new, resalable, condition, including the packaging that the item came in and all packaging materials. Electronic Items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Service: We offer a 30 day service guarantee for the satisfaction of our work being done to manufacturer standards. No Refunds will be given for service work, but we will tend to the issue at no additional charge, if related to our workmanship.

Shipping Policy:

Any product ordered from our webstore or ordered for shipment through our brick and mortar location will adhere to this policy.

All items will ship out withing 2 business days from which the order was placed and paid for. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with their order, unless otherwise agreed upon and as part of the sale agreement. Central Wheel reserves the right to choose shipping company at their discretion as long as it does not go against the terms of the sale.

All Orders over $100.00 receive free shipping an handling.

All orders under $100.00 recieve a flat rate $10.00 shipping and handeling charge.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

Signing up for Central Wheel’s newsletter/email list, allows us to communicate with you via email. Emails that you will receive, but is not limited to; status of or questions regarding your bicycles service, New Product releases, Sales, Customer Surveys, general correspondence, ect.
