The Moterra SL 2 features Cannondale's lightest, full-power eMTB chassis, with premium Fox Performance 36 fork and shock, the reliable shifting of Shimano's 12-speed Deore group, WTB KOM Trail tubeless ready rims, and the confident stopping power of Magura MT5 disk brakes. This bike is designed for fast, fluid, ridiculously fun trail riding on everything from the steep and techy to the fast and flowy.

The carbon FlexPivot points reduce weight, eliminate maintenance, and allow for a sophisticated four-bar suspension design, increasing your traction and control on the trail. With Proportional Response design, everything from the suspension layout to the geometry—even the length of the chain stays—is completely customized for each bike's size. The Flip Chip allows you to choose between keeping Moterra SL as a "mullet" bike (29-inch front/27.5-inch rear wheel setup) for agility, or switching to 29-inchers at both ends for maximum traction and rolling efficiency. Adjustable headset cups give you a 1.2-degree range of angle adjustment at the front, allowing you to dial it back for more stability or set it steeper for more agility on technical terrain.

The Cannondale-tuned Shimano EP801 motor provides 85Nm of torque and 600+ watts of max power. Specially designed assist modes include ECO (max range), TRAIL 1 (mid-power), TRAIL 2 (ramps up assist for ripping with full-power e-bikes), and BOOST (full power, all the time). The custom 601Wh battery uses special cells that store more power per kilo, packing a full 601 watt-hours into just 3.1 kg (including wiring harness). You can run internal cables straight through the headset for a clean look, or through ports in the frame for simplicity and ease of service. An integrated bashguard protects the motor from harsh impacts on the trail.
